All orders are shipped with tracking numbers as registered letters. No custom or other expenses.
All prices in Tarot & Oracle store are shown in EUR, and are calculate automatically to your currency at the time of payment. According to approximate calculations 1 EUR = 1,2 USD.
Tarot & Oracle store currently accept payments via PayPal or with Payment Card.
If you don't have PayPal account yet, it is very easy to create it and it is for free. It is also possible to pay with a payment card such as Mastercard, Visa or other that is connected to your PayPal account. So, you do not have to have a balance in your PayPal account to make purchases.
If you have an interest to buy more decks than are available in the store, please fill in the Contact form or write an e-mail with your request. We will contact you directly to agree on purchase conditions and available discounts. In such cases we will sent an invoice decently to your PayPal account, which makes the transaction secure and controllable. All you need to do - to pay the invoice you received via PayPal.
All tarot, oracle, Lenormand and other decks in our store are Made To Order, so dispatch time of your order could take 2 to 5 business days.
Please note that all decks are self-published and handmade. They are not mass-produced products.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Return costs are covered by yourself.
We will refund you immediately upon receipt of the returned shipment.
We reserve the right to refuse the transaction if there is a suspicion of bad faith or illegal action by the buyer. In this case the money is immediately returned to the buyer, and order is cancelled.
